Remote assistance for school technicians.
See a machine's screen and help the person in front of it, from your desk, on the school's own network. The school decides who is asked first, and every session is written down.
What it will do
- Watch a screen, and take control when you need to.
- The school sets the consent rules: whether the person at the machine is asked first, and a notice on their screen while someone is connected.
- A permanent log of who connected to which machine, when, and what they did.
- Quick actions without a full session: show a message, lock the screen, sign someone out, restart or shut down after a warning, and wake a machine that is switched off.
- Self-hosted on the school's own server, like Groundskeeper.

Groundskeeper watches. Caretaker helps.
Groundskeeper only ever reads: it tells you what is wrong and never changes a thing. Caretaker is the partner that acts, and it is a separate product for exactly that reason. Its part of the agent is on a machine only when the school has installed Caretaker, so a school running Groundskeeper alone has nothing on its machines that can act.
Both run on the RSJ Agent, one small agent on each machine with a module per product.
